I am a Photographer and I am based in Melbourne, Australia.
I LOVE Photography. I love capturing the memories that people will treasure forever.
As you will see from my website I photograph a VERY wide range of subjects. I believe that this is the key to keeping me sharp and 100% on my game no matter what the situation.
I started my study of Photography when I was 16 years old. I had a gap in my timetable at school and thought it might be kind of fun. Our first task was to make a pin hole camera from a cardboard box. I painted it black and looked through the little viewing hole and something shifted inside me, my world changed.
I spent 5 years in New Zealand completing a photographic apprenticeship and then I jumped the ditch to see what Australia had to offer.
I LOVE Melbourne! It is such a beautiful vibrant city that has offered me an abundance of opportunity in relation to my photography! I spent my first year in Australia working with Robert Piccoli, one of Australia's great Photographers, and it was here that I developed from a film photographer into a digital photographer.
I now run my own boutique photographic business. I am currently focusing my energy on Weddings and Family Portraits, although my door is always open to other ventures. Variety is the spice of life!
MY APPROACH TO YOUR WEDDING:
Here's how it works. I'll be moving among your family and friends, capturing the events of the day ? the serious remember-forever moments, the beloved faces, the tears and laughter, the bits that no one knew even happened until they see the photos. And at the center: the photos of the two of you, the way you see each other, on this day of days.
We'll meet and talk about your ideas, the places that have meaning for you, how much you want to spend, how much time you want to give to the process of recording your day. I will bring my knowledge and experience, and together we'll make a plan.
I offer a range of different packages with various coverages of your day, whether it be for just a portion of your special day or the entire event.
Your images come on a CD and are yours to do with as you please. All are of a professional standard, of course; and are also retouched to a professional level. This is my art ? taking the shots of the day and making something much more out of them. They are presented in high resolution, ready for printing. If you wish I can help you with the presentation process also: organising enlargements, creating an album in a style that pleases you, suggesting other ways you can keep and present these photographs. I'm always adding to my portfolio of ideas for presentation. From elegant to quirky, there will be something for you.

MY PORTRAIT APPROACH
I believe in recording memories, stages of life. There are a number of reasons why I think photography is important, but this reason is at the top of my list. At the end of the day all we have is memories ? don't forget them!

We enjoyed the day very much too, the kids love their photo’s (modest children I have!) :) You made that so easy I have never ever had photos taken of myself I usually run when I see a camera so that in itself was a huge thing for me and like I said you made it just easy.
