I started my passion for photography as a youngster, following my eldest siblings lead. Always taking photos, documenting and cementing our memories, journeys and adventures. I picked up my first Olympus DSLR in 2011 (since updated to a mirrorless), as well as the travel bug, and delved in the fundamentals and art of photography.
Basking in the journey of self-taught discovery and knowledge and continual practice of different camera settings and techniques, via various professionally run workshops, and online classes. Currently studying with the Photography Institute.
I enjoy travelling, visiting fascinating places, and exploring nature. Continuously learning, and passionately inspired by the many forms of artistic expression in photography.
I specialise in and like to capture wildlife, the wonder and colours of flower photography, natural landscapes, coastal rock formations and seascapes, and experimenting with macro/close up photography. I enjoy the freedom and oneness with nature, that freelance photography brings.
I like to explore Moments.
The photos I take aesthetically captures, connects, reflects my interpretation and feelings to that, and in that, particular moment...whether exploring in nature, interacting with wildlife, when travelling, and to the everyday.
