Samantha Lim is a professional photographer based in Sunbury, Victoria
I have been taking pictures of people since 2010 at which time I started a Diploma in Photography. Upon completion of the diploma I started taking photos of friends and family, it wasn't long before people outside these circles asked me how much I charged for my images/sessions. It took a bit of consideration on my part to feel confident to start charging for doing something I so dearly love and in 2012 I went into business with my mother and Clear Light Photography was born in Auckland, New Zealand.
I attended my first wedding as a second shooter in 2011 and fell in love with the romance of the day, from the bride getting ready to the first dance, a day of pure happiness. I always feel really lucky to be asked to capture a couples wedding, its an honor really.
My little family and I moved to Sunbury, Melbourne in 2014 and I decided to carry on doing what I love, just without my mum and in a different country.
Life is forever changing and it is so important to make as many memories as you can.

We got our book etc yesterday morning. It was so hard trying not to open it until I got home so both of us could look at it together - LOL. OMG!! OMG!! OMG!! OMG!! OMG!! OMG!! it is amazing - thank you so much. We LOVE the last picture on the back of the book - when we peeled the little sticker off and saw Drew kissing me while he dipped me we both laughed.
