Owner Operator Lydia Williams is a 25 year old photographer videographer who grew up nestled in the hills and harbour of windy and wild Wellington, a place oozing with creativity. There she quickly found her passion for art and gravitated to the warmer waters of creative meca Byron Bay. The last three years have taken her on home soil and global adventures following her passion covering a diverse range of stories through her digital and analog photography. Lydia's photograhy has lead to her meeting many vibrant and wonderful souls through pursuing fashion photography; and share many nervous and exciting moments with loved up couples kind enough to invite her to glimpse into their special day from behind the lense.
Influences steam from artists such as Slim Aarons, Cameron Hammond, Akila Berjaoui, Dennis Swiatkowski and Pia Riverold with their soft textures tones, sand, sun and water. Her art inspires others through immersive images and is recognised for the use of warmth, movement and natural elements.
When asked about her passion Lydia would say:
"When I initially started taking photos I wanted to capture things that drew me into a state of awe. I remember looking through the lens and when I removed my eye, I still found gratitute in the tiniest things; soft pastel tones in the evening light, a smudge of charcoal on a white canvas, the smooth creamy sea, the way that a silhouette reflects on the sand."
"For me it's all about translating that gratitude, sharing the most intimate and inspiring moments; and capturing ethereal sensual moments forever." View More...
