Ive known Chris for 7 years now. Met her when I had my first sons newborn shoot. Chris is amazing and very talented. Ive had all my childrens newborn sessions with her ( 3 boys and 1 girl) have also done 3 1st birthday cake smash and will do the 4th one in feb next year. I also did a maternity shoot for my last pregnancy as its my last child and they were better than I expected. Love your work Chris.

Brilliant photographer and loved our photos.

After many months of searching we stumbled upon Chris?s photography through a referral from a friend, and we are so glad we did. From the moment I first contacted Chris it was like I was talking to a friend from way back which in turn made us feel so comfortable and at ease. We were looking for a photographer to take pictures with meaning and to capture the essence of our little girl, and Chris has done this perfectly. When Chris emailed me a sneek peek of our photos I began crying at the beautiful way Chris had captured our family and more importantly our little girl. It was exactly what we were looking for and were so happy that Chris used different techniques to create beautiful portraits that were both unique and loving. As soon as I joined Chris's Facebook page, I went straight to her photo gallery there and started browsing through all of her pregnancy and baby photos. I was blown away. Such beautiful photography, crystal clear and so creative. You could also see that the people being photographed were happy and were not forcing smiles, it was very natural and in my opinion the way that professional photography should be. I then went back to the main part of the Facebook page and was ecstatic to find that Chris was local as well. Only 15 minutes away from where I live. So I sent Chris an e-mail to inquire about her prices. Chris e-mailed me back almost immediately with her prices. I was blown away. Such great prices for such amazing photos. So I booked in to have my maternity photos taken when I would be 37 weeks pregnant. I was so excited. When we arrived at the photo shoot Chris was as nice in person as she was over the phone and in her e-mails. I was so nervous having never had a professional photo shoot before, but Chris made me feel so comfortable. She took the time to get to know me, my partner and our children. She spent over two hours with me, taking some amazing, creative and beautiful photos. We got some amazing photos that day. When I saw the photos, I nearly cried.... Well I think I did cry actually, because I was about 39 weeks pregnant, and well you know pregnancy hormones. So I have picked out some of my favourite photos from that photo shoot. May I add, there are sooooo many more that I love, but these are my all time favourites. After Hunter was born, I booked in to get his newborn photos taken. We booked them in for when he was three weeks old. We arrived, and Chris was so excited to see us. She held Hunter, and you could tell by the look in her eyes, that she absolutely loved her job, and this was probably her favourite part. Getting to meet the tiny little babies and take their photos. After I breastfed Hunter, we set to work to try and capture some photos. He was so fussy that day, I am not sure why. I think he was still getting the breastfeeding routine on track, and he was just generally in a bad mood. Despite this, Chris managed to capture some amazing photos of him in between his outbursts. Most of these photos he had his eyes open, and we wanted to get some cute ones of him asleep, so we could position him in cute ways. After some time, we decided that he wasn't going to go to sleep. He wanted to look around. Perhaps he was curious about all of the pretty props that Chris has in her studio. So Chris kindly offered for us to come back in two weeks time, and she would do another session for us, for no extra charge. I was so grateful. What amazing service. I could not have asked for a more understanding and kind photographer. So when Hunter was five weeks old, we returned for another try. This time we nailed it. He fell asleep within half an hour of us arriving, and Chris set to work straight away, snapping hundreds of photos, while we changed hats on him, and positions. It was so adorable to watch. All of those cute little props, making my baby look even cuter than what he already is, if that is possible. Here are some of my favourite photos from Hunter's newborn sessions.
