Jane Blacket is a professional photographer based in Norwood, South Australia
Its all about passion, and for me, producing work that captures your vision is what I do best, and what makes me the happiest. I started as a photographic artist who has had a dozen successful exhibitions and have won both state and national photographic art awards.
Having been a wedding and event planner for a large exhibition company I know how important those small details are and how stressful it can all become. Taking the time to get to know you so on the day you are both comfortable with me, allows me to capture the real you, relaxed, in love and enjoying the moment.
If I had to put a name to my photographic style it would be journalistic, capturing those real moments, the candid moments that show the real you.
My years in sales and marketing give me a keen edge with product photography, web and on-line store design. I understand how to market a product or service and what is important to the customer.
I have worked with many stores and businesses working on their advertising, on-line presence and / or web design.

February 26th, 2018Baby Photos Review I first met jane in 2015 while planning my wedding she was clearly a wonderful photographer and hiring her for my wedding was an easy choice. I still love my wedding photos and am grateful for them everyday so naturally when i found out in 2016 i was pregnant i new i needed Jane around for when I was near the end and asked her to photograph me while heavily pregnant thats such an amazing time for a new family I wanted to remember it the way I remembered my wedding then of corse when little baby Evan came on June 30th 2017 just a few weeks later she made the drive to come and capture our beautiful miracle she captured the most incredible photos of my tiny boy which could not have been easy babies do as they please and dont follow instructions haha but with all her talent we will never forget how tiny our little boy was who is now almost one and i hope upon turning one we will be able to have Jane capture new memories because I wouldnt want anyone else around for those moments you never want to forget. February 26th, 2018Wedding review Writing a review on someone you admire as much as i admire Jane is hard my husband and I have so many nice things to say about her I could be typing all day... Our wedding was everuthing we hoped for.... wonderful food, the dresses, our cake everything was absolutely perfect... and when everything is perfect you want to remember it right? Well thanks to Janes talent, skill and passion for photography I get to remember it everyday with the perfect photos now hanging all around our house and our coffee table books sitting in our living room everyday.... everyday I get to look back and remember how perfect my wedding was and am so grateful for having Jane there with us. Not only was Jane the nicest and the best price she clearly became a photographer for all the right reasons its clear she is not in it for the money but for being there for new families to make sure they have the best memories to create art with the things she sees.... I could not recommend her more shes worth more than every penny shes worth a trillion.Eddy Mac
January 5th, 2018We had the pleasure of spending the day with Jane during a winery tour over Christmas. She was able to capture the most natural photos of our group of friends throughout the day and we were so happy with her work! Would not hesitate to recommend her for any type of event!
