Being a “Bespoke” Property Developer Consultant I have just handed over a Triplex Unit Development in a coastal location to a very happy and appreciative client. I required a professional photographer to take photo’s for my new website. I contacted a only a few photographers to seek quotes and was happy with quote from Kylie Richardson quotes were similar in price, I made the decision based on Kylie herself performing the photo shoot, not a representative of (Top Snap Photography) as most proprietors always give 110% to ensure they receive repeat clientele. Kyle Richardson specialises in Property photography and also provides many extra services if required. Kylie was professional, friendly which is refreshing and as Kylie drove up closer to the properties, Kylie mentioned she was immediately interested in the properties design and angles, which makes an interesting photo shoot and Kylie could appreciate the attention to detail put into this Triplex Site custom design and mid to high end finish, which is rare for a Triplex development site. Kylie understood the brief being; minimum photos required would be enough to capture all angles, bespoke design features and bespoke design fit-outs. A Twilight photography was preferred and with only a few suggestions and requests from Bruce, Kylie captured the entire project with her professional skills, attention to detail and natural talent, the outcome of photo’s exceeded the expectations of KDC and Kylie was praised for her effort, skill and service.
