Lisa Saad is a professional photographer based in Richmond, Victoria
Lisa Saads photography journey began in 1977. Lisa was six years old and overflowing with curiosity. She stumbled upon an old camera that caught her eye, and since then has spent her life shooting, developing, imagining, pondering, creating, retouching and pushing boundaries. Lisa followed her calling by pursuing a Bachelors degree at RMIT University, followed by a Masters degree in Multimedia from Swinburne. She participated in many group exhibitions, and in the year 2000 she held her first solo exhibition us at The Photographers Gallery, Melbourne, Australia.
Lisas phenomenal photography career has produced stunning photo after photo, from her illustrative The anonymous man series, through to her architectural photography, as well as her more recent Project eleven portrait series. The Anonymous man has been exhibited numerous times since its debut in 2016, both in Australia and internationally, including countries such as China and the UK.
Lisas ground-breaking photography has won numerous awards, and in 2018 Bridget and Cooper from Lisas Project 11 series were both Semi-Finalists in Australias prestigious Moran National Portrait Prize. Lisa has photographed everything from high-end advertising campaigns to still shoots for major TV networks across Australia.
Lisa has always believed that good quality photography should be accessible to everyone. Upholding that no one should miss out on the opportunity to work with a professional photographer, she continues to mentor both new and established photographers wanting to increase their skill set and maintain and run a business.
With over thirty years in the business, Lisas experience in all platforms of digital and analogue media has made her an expert in producing imagery, digital manipulation, branding and campaign requirements, and old school techniques.

April 20th, 2013Lisa shot a series of portraits for us of women we dressed up as heroines and goddesses - and put up with exceptionally challenging circumstances. She was absolutely fantastic and is a league of her own as a photographer. She was generous, immensely helpful and resourceful during preparations and just incredibly talented on set.
