Rockhampton

Rockhamptons name is not without its motive. Capricorn Caves are arguably the best place to visit around here if youre with a camera. For those interested in a challenge, adventure caving is definitely a blast. You can literally immerse yourself in the rich local history and take some photos of it too at the Rockhampton Heritage Village. The village hosts a variety of attractions ranging from restored vintage cars to homesteads, cottages and a fire station. Nature enthusiasts will definitely want a chance to photograph as many as 50 species of native and exotic animals at the South Rockhampton Botanical Gardens and Zoo, while the Koorana Crocodile Farm offers a unique encounter with some friendly fangs.
