    I am a newborn & family photographer living in Cairns.

    I am originally from South Africa, but call the beautiful Tropical North Queensland my home, with my husband and our two daughters and two beagles. My studio is in Redlynch and I work on location at any of our gorgeous beaches, Palm Cove or Yorkey Knob, or gorgeous rainforest creek location. Your session can be at any location of your choice.

    Dee took our family photos in June and we couldn't be happier with our final photographs. I thought it might be a tough ask to tame our 4 year old, 2 year old and 9 month old enough to get some quality outdoor family photos but right from the beginning, Dee put us all at ease and built up a strong rapport with the kids and captured absolutely breathtaking photos. We've gotten so many compliments on all of our photos and we are thinking of coming out to Cairns to get Dee to take our family photos every year.

    I was looking for someone to capture down to earth photos of my family for my daughters first birthday. Dee made us feel relaxed , we had so much fun even got a bit wet from the surf but we enjoyed ourselves I'm sure we will get some great shots!
