Ian Wallace is a professional photographer based in Rosny Park, Tasmania
> Ian Wallace is a successful Tasmanian landscape photographer. In summer he conducts photographic workshops with his friend Loic Le Guilly and Tom Putt at Cradle Mountain. As well as producing a range of cards, posters and a calendar, he has self published two books. Ian was featured as a Tasmanian Living Artist in 2005. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Professional Photography

>Ian shoots his images in a variety of formats. He uses a D800, D300 and 3 D200's and also dedicated underwater gear in an Ikelite housing with a pair of 125 strobes. His infra-red images are captured using a D200 that has been converted to IR by www.lifepixel.com. He scans his films using a Nikon Coolscan 8000 and prints using an epson 3800. He uses manfroto tripods. He carries his stuff around in lowepro and pelican cases. he uses the Adobe Creative suite 5.5 as part of his workflow as well as bibble, lightroom 4, photomechanic, and expression media.
